Trailer Rental in Wright, FL: Right Around the Corner
Wright is essentially our backyard. The yard sits in Mary Esther, a short drive from most Wright addresses, which is why we see so many same day rentals, weekend cleanups, and jobs that only need a trailer for part of an afternoon.
You can see what is open right now and book it online. Pickup is self service through a lockbox, so you are not standing at a counter waiting on paperwork.
Rates run daily, weekly, and monthly, and most of the trailers also carry a half day rate. The one exception is the gooseneck, which is daily and up. Sales tax is calculated at checkout, and you can put a 50 percent deposit down when you book or pay in full up front, whichever you prefer.
What Wright folks rent
- 6x10 dump trailer, Lil Dumpy, for half a Saturday of yard waste, a small demo project, or a driveway cleanup. A tarp comes with it.
- 7x20 car hauler, Ole Faithful, for short haul vehicle moves and Bobcat runs. It includes a wireless winch, straps, and a pair of 7ft aluminum ramps for low cars.
- 8.5x24 16K equipment trailer, Big Bertha, for contractor work along Lewis Turner and Memorial Parkway. Wireless winch, straps, chains, and binders are included.
- 7x36 gooseneck, Goosey, when one trip has to cover a tractor, heavy equipment, or more than one vehicle.
Picking the right rate for a short job
Being this close to the yard changes the math. If your project is a single run and you can have the trailer back the same day, the daily rate is usually the one to look at. If the job is the kind that wraps up in a couple of hours, price out the half day first and see which lands cheaper.
Two quick trips with the dump trailer often beat renting something bigger than you need. The weekly rate is there when a project stretches past a single weekend.
Before you hitch up
Check that your truck or SUV can actually pull the trailer you picked. Our free Tow Vehicle Guide walks you through it in a couple of minutes, and it is worth doing before you book instead of after you arrive. Also confirm you have the right ball size for that trailer and a round 7 pin connector on your vehicle. The gooseneck needs a gooseneck hitch in the bed, not a bumper ball.
Delivery, returns, and changes
If hooking up is not an option, delivery is available. Ask when you book and we will go over what it costs to bring the trailer to your job site in Wright.
Plans move around. If your return time is not going to work, call or text before that time so we can look at it with you. Coming back after the scheduled return can trigger a late fee, so it is worth a quick call either way. Cancellations made 48 or more hours before pickup get a full refund, and cancellations inside 48 hours are subject to a 25 percent fee.
Damage protection at checkout
Job sites are hard on equipment, and a curb or a low branch does not care whose trailer it is. Our damage protection plan is available when you check out, and a $150 copay applies. Read the terms so you know what you are signing up for before you decide.
