Coverage Amount

The Trailer Protection Plan covers accidental damage to the rental trailer occurring during the rental period. Your out-of-pocket responsibility is limited to the copay amount of $75 per incident, subject to the exclusions below.

Exclusions

The Trailer Protection Plan does NOT cover:

• Intentional damage, misuse, abuse, or negligent operation
• Loading beyond the trailer's posted GVWR
• Use for any purpose not disclosed at time of rental
• Operation by anyone not listed as authorized on the Rental Agreement
• Operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Off-road use unless authorized in writing
• Theft or loss not reported to law enforcement within 48 hours
• Tire damage from blowouts, road hazards, or normal wear
• Damage occurring after the agreed return date/time
• Renter account not current or in breach of any Rental Agreement term

• •The Trailer Protection Plan is NOT INSURANCE. It is an optional contractual modification to the Rental Agreement.
• •The plan is optional. You may decline coverage at checkout.
• •The plan is non-refundable once the rental period begins.
• •Coverage is per-incident. Each separate damage event requires its own copay of $75.
• •The plan does not cover consequential damages (e.g., damage to your vehicle, cargo, or property caused by trailer malfunction).
• •Protection rate: 15% of your daily rental rate (minimum $9/day, maximum $25/day).
