Acone's Trailer Rentals SMS Alerts
When you book a trailer rental on our website and provide your mobile phone number at checkout, you consent to receive automated transactional SMS text messages from Acone's Trailer Rentals related to your reservation. Messages include booking confirmations, pickup instructions, lockbox access codes, rental reminders, return reminders, and customer service responses.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Acone's Trailer Rentals website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Acone's Trailer Rentals.
2. Rental Eligibility
To rent a trailer from Acone's Trailer Rentals, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Provide proof of tow vehicle insurance
- Have a vehicle rated to safely tow the selected trailer
- Sign a rental agreement before pickup
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are made online and require full payment at the time of reservation. Prices listed on the website include applicable sales tax. A service fee may apply to each booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4. Card on File Authorization
By making a reservation and providing payment, you authorize Acone's Trailer Rentals to store your payment method on file. You agree that we may charge your card for any of the following without additional authorization:
- Damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear
- Late return fees — the applicable daily rate for each day past the agreed return date
- Cleaning fees if the trailer is returned in an excessively dirty condition
- Toll charges incurred during the rental period
- Recovery costs if the trailer is not returned
- Any other charges as outlined in your rental agreement
5. Pickup and Return
Trailers are available for self-service pickup at our yard located at . A lockbox code will be provided via text message at the start of your rental period. Trailers must be returned to the same location by the agreed-upon return date and time.
A "day" of rental is a full 24-hour period beginning at your scheduled pickup time. Late returns may incur additional daily charges.
