To rent from Alone Trailer Rentals, you must:

Rental Agreement
By reserving or renting a trailer, you acknowledge and agree that:
All trailers must be returned in the same condition as received
Late returns may result in additional fees
You are responsible for safe towing, operation, and compliance with state laws
A refundable security deposit may be required
Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges or denial of future rentals.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy (see below).
We reserve the right to charge your card for damages, cleaning, or late fees as outlined in your rental agreement.
Cancellations
24+ hours before pickup: Full refund.
Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
No-show or failure to provide proper ID/license: No refund.
We may cancel or reschedule rentals due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues at our discretion.
Damage & Liability
Renters assume full responsibility for the trailer and any equipment during the rental period.
You agree to cover costs for damage, loss, or theft while in your possession.
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from improper use, towing, or negligence.
Prohibited Use
Renters may not use the trailer for:
Illegal activities
Transporting hazardous materials
Overloading beyond manufacturer limits
Subleasing or transferring to another party
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of all fees.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our trailers are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alone Trailer Rentals and its owners are not liable for:

Any issues arising from misuse, towing, or failure to follow safety guidelines
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our service is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alone Trailer Rentals, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our trailers or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the Florida Panhandle region, nearest to Mary Esther, Florida.
